We have x-ray, ultrasound, and blood machines in-house for quick and efficient care. We also have access to reference labs for further tissue and specimen analysis.

What to expect

Check in at our front desk and you are more than welcome to wait in your car in the parking lot or in our waiting area. Wait times will fluctuate throughout the day and sometimes we are able to see your pet sooner than the quoted wait time. It is best that you are waiting here so that we can get you into a room as soon as we are able to.

  • You will be taken to an exam room by the receptionist and then another team member will be in shortly to gather history information, your pet’s weight, and vital signs.
  • After your pet’s weight and vitals have been checked and recorded, the team member will share your pet’s information with the doctor. As soon as the doctor is available, they will be in to perform the physical exam and discuss their findings and further diagnostic and treatment recommendations with you.

  • The technician or assistant will review a cost estimate for further diagnostic and treatment recommendations with you prior to proceeding.
  • Once you have reviewed and approved the estimate, our team member will take your pet back to our treatment area.
  • Once those have been finished, either the doctor or the team member will check back in with you to share any findings or to proceed with discharge instructions.

The team member will review any medications and discharge instructions with you for your pet. You will then proceed to the front desk to check out and finalize your bill. Our team is here to help make your visit smooth, easy, and stress-free. We will send your medical records to your primary care veterinarian for follow up. Should further issues arise, we will be here for you and your pet.

Urgent Care When You Need It Most

We handle cases that require immediate attention but don’t need an ER’s intensive care. Whether it’s a sudden illness, a minor injury, or a condition requiring surgical treatment, we provide compassionate, high-level care while keeping costs manageable. If your pet does need a specialist or overnight hospitalization, we’ll stabilize them and help you find the best next step.
